Why i look like this

A baby look like his parents because when his parents had a sexual reproduction their cells have the DNA and they mix.

Each one of the sexual cells have 23 chromosomes and when the cells of the woman and the man mix they form 46 chromosomes, when the baby born the baby will be born with the characteristics of his parents, the cells fight to decide the color of the hair, eyes etc.

For example if a baby have the eyes blue like his mom, the mom in dominant and the father is recessive and it change for example when the baby have the part of the father, the father is dominant and the mother recessive, but when the baby have a mix on his eyes the father in name co dominant and the mother too.

How I know if is girl or boy
In our world exist a machine to know when is a boy and when is a girl but the problem is if you don’t have money to do the process to know if is a girl or a boy .
We know because if in the exams the results are xx that’s mean that is a girl but if it is xy that mean that is a boy.
